With my exprence I inform u that the same pose is not sutable for all age.As ‘The Dog’pose is not suitable for youngh age,same time ‘The Blacksmith’ pose is only suitable for young chaps.Both poses I exeprienced and till continuing with one 25 years and another with 45 years.So please inform the age also.
